Ingredients: Mycoprotein (34.8 %) Fusarium venenatum sp, water, rapeseed oil, marinade (vegetable fats and oils (rapeseed, sal), spices, non-iodised table salt, flavouring), maise fibre, rapeseed protein, potato protein, sea salt, gelling agents: methylcellulose, carrageenan; DHA- and EPA- rich oil from microalgae Schizochytrium sp., natural flavourings, thickener: konjac; vitamins (vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12).

Cooking Instructions

Before the MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN is cooked, the packaging must be completely removed.

Pan: Fry in a small amount of oil over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden-brown. If needed, break up the pieces into smaller chunks while frying. Keep the pan covered with a lid.
Airfryer: Spread evenly over the bottom and bake at 180°C for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through.
Oven: Spread evenly over a baking sheet and lightly drizzle with oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom or convection heat) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through


Before THE PRIME CUT is cooked, the packaging must be completely removed.

SERVE WITH VEGETABLES AND QUINOA FOR BEST RESULTS

  • PAN: Heat the pan to medium-low temperature and add some oil to the pan. Fry each side for 3-4 minutes with the lid on. 
  • OVEN: Bake with top and bottom heat or convection heat for 14-16 minutes at 200 °C. 
  • AIRFRYER: Preheat to 200 °C and fry for 8-10 minutes.
