The product I want is sold out. I want to be notified once it's back in stock. How can I do that?

Once a product goes out of stock, you will see a button at the product page saying "notify me when available again". Click this button and enter your e-mail address to get notified once the product is back in stock.

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email to sales@revo-foods.com and we will refund you. Please be aware that we can only issue a refund if the order has not been dispatched yet. If the order has been dispatched cancelation is not possible.

Can I still change my order once it's confirmed?

If the parcel has not been dispatched yet, it is possible to cancel the order and place a new one. The customer must notify us at sales@revo-foods.com.

Pre-Orders for THE FILET - Inspired by Salmon

You will receive shipping confirmation as soon as your package is on its way. We expect a high volume of orders. However, we will do everything possible to ensure that your order is shipped on time on September 30th, 2024. You can cancel your order at any time before shipping. THE FILET will arrive chilled and should be refrigerated immediately after delivery. Unchilled products should not be consumed.
If your order includes multiple products along with THE FILET, everything will be shipped together from September 30th, 2024.

How much is shipping?

Orders in Austria:

  • Free Delivery in Austria from orders above 30€. 5,90€ Delivery expenses for orders below 30€.
  • Orders received after Tuesday 14:00 will be shipped the following Monday.
  • All orders will be shipped with Österreichische Post.

Orders in European countries: Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland

  • Free Delivery in the territory from orders above 50€. 9,90€ Delivery expenses for orders below 50€.
  • Express Delivery (Next day) for 24,90€.
  • Orders received after Tuesday 12:00 will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Orders in Europe will be delivered with UPS within 2-3 working days.

Orders in European countries: Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Luxemburg

  • Delivery expenses in the territory for 14,90€ . No free shipping
  • Express Delivery (Next day) for 39,90€.
  • Orders received after Tuesday 14:00 will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Orders in Europe will be delivered with UPS within 3-4 working days.

Orders in European countries: Denmark, Finland,  Lithuania, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain

  • Delivery expenses in the territory for 24,90€ . No free shipping
  • Express Delivery (Next day) for 39,90€.
  • Orders received after Tuesday 14:00 will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Orders in Europe will be delivered with UPS within 3-4 working days.

Where can I get my tracking number from?

Your tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation.

Where can I get my invoice from?

You can download your PDF invoice from the order confirmation.

My package was damaged upon arrival. What should I do now?

In case the products are damaged, please send an email to sales@revo-foods.com with a description and photos of the damage. After evaluation we will send you new products or issue a refund.

The products arrived uncooled. What should I do now?

In this case, please send an email to sales@revo-foods.com with the name and order number. With that information we can track if the package was delivered on time to the customer or to a package shop. After evaluation we can send you a replacement package or issue a refund.

Please be aware that we do not take responsibility if the package was not picked up in time by the customer from a package station.

I received the wrong order. What should I do now?

In this case, please inform us anout this issue via email (sales@revo-foods.com). We will then send you a new package with the missing items. You can keep the package in this case.
