If you loved the taste of fish, then THE FILET and its marinated versions are perfect for you.
If you prefer a less strong sea flavour but still a flaky filet that melts in your mount, then EL BLANCO is your guy.
If you just want protein, less calories and natural ingredients for everyday dinner or quick lunch break, then the umami PILZPROTEIN HACK is your choice.
You want to freak out your dinner guests? Then choose THE KRAKEN.

Storage
How do the products need to be stored?
You can find product-specific storage instructions in each product page.
Can I refreeze the products?
If your products are thawed, keep them refrigerated at +4°C - +7°C.
Even if the products arrived chilled, you can store them in the freezer and use them within 1 year.
What should I do if my products arrive thawed?
If your product arrives partially or fully thawed but is still cold, it’s safe to store it in the fridge or pop it back in the freezer.
What is the shelf life of the REVO products?
FROM THE DAY OF PRODUCTION
THE FILET + the 3 marinations:
- Unopened and stored in the fridge: 90 days.
- Unopened and stored in the freezer: 24 months.
EL BLANCO:
- Unopened and stored in the fridge: 60 days.
- Unopened and stored in the freezer: 24 months.
THE PRIME CUT:
- Unopened and stored in the fridge: 60 days.
- Unopened and stored in the freezer: 24 months.
THE KRAKEN:
- Unopened and stored in the fridge: 45 days.
- Unopened and stored in the freezer: 24 months.
PILZPROTEIN HACK:
- Unopened and stored in the fridge: 45 days.
- Unopened and stored in the freezer: 24 months.
There will always be a best before date indicated in the products you receive. This may be a bit lower than what you read here, as we produce in different batches. However, the products you will receive will have for sure at least 2 weeks of shelf life (but usually is more).
Orders
The product I want is sold out. I want to be notified once it's back in stock. How can I do that?
Once a product goes out of stock, you will see a button at the product page saying "notify me when available again". Click this button and enter your e-mail address to get notified once the product is back in stock.
How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please send us an email to sales@revo-foods.com and we will refund you. Please be aware that we can only issue a refund if the order has not been dispatched yet. If the order has been dispatched cancelation is not possible.
Can I still change my order once it's confirmed?
If the parcel has not been dispatched yet, it is possible to cancel the order and place a new one. The customer must notify us at sales@revo-foods.com.
Where can I get my invoice from?
You can download your PDF invoice from the order confirmation.
What if my order is wrong or one or more products are missing?
In this case, please inform us about this issue via email (sales@revo-foods.com). We will evaluate your case and provide a solution. We can't re-ship single products. In this case we will reimburse the product cost. In any case you can keep the package.
Shipment & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
On Monday we ship all the orders we collected until the previous Sunday.
Delivery time is 2-4 working days from the day of the shipment. You will receive a tracking number to the email you provided during your purchase once your order is shipped.

We ship to: Austria, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Slovenia, Sweden, Spain.

Your tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation.
Which packaging materials are used for shipping?
SUPASO sustainable cooling system solution - made out of recycled cardboard.
My package was damaged upon arrival. What should I do now?
In case the products are damaged, please send an email to sales@revo-foods.com with a description and photos of the damage. After evaluation we will send you new products or issue a refund.
My product wasn’t fully cold when it arrived – is it still safe to eat?
We ship all our products frozen using express delivery services and insulated packaging with cooling elements to keep everything chilled in transit.
Our products are designed to handle some temperature variation:
- They're shipped frozen to help them stay cool longer
- They are pasteurized, making them more stable and resistant to short-term temperature changes.
If you receive or collect your order on the day of delivery and store it in the fridge or freezer right away, it should be absolutely fine.
