MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN: Before the MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN is cooked, the packaging must be completely removed.

Pan: Fry in a small amount of oil over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden-brown. If needed, break up the pieces into smaller chunks while frying. Keep the pan covered with a lid.
Airfryer: Spread evenly over the bottom and bake at 180°C for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through.
Oven: Spread evenly over a baking sheet and lightly drizzle with oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom or convection heat) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through

MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN: Store cool and protected from light at +2 °C to +7 °C.
Consume on the same day after opening.
