1οΈβ£First, cook the FILET in a pan with some olive oil and mash it. You can marinate it with some vinegar, sesame seeds and green onion.
2οΈβ£Cook the sushi rice.
3οΈβ£Lay your Nori seeds on top of transparent film. Cover with cooked sushi rice, leave 1cm free on each side.
4οΈβ£Add a line of FILET pieces and some cucumber sticks.
5οΈβ£Roll the Nori over, while making sure it's quite tight.
6οΈβ£Remove the plastic film and cut the log in bite sized pieces.
