Preparation
1️⃣First, cook the FILET in a pan with some olive oil and mash it. You can marinate it with some vinegar, sesame seeds and green onion.
2️⃣Cook the sushi rice.
3️⃣Lay your Nori seeds on top of transparent film. Cover with cooked sushi rice, leave 1cm free on each side.
4️⃣Add a line of FILET pieces and some cucumber sticks.
5️⃣Roll the Nori over, while making sure it's quite tight.
6️⃣Remove the plastic film and cut the log in bite sized pieces.
7️⃣Eat the rolls with chopsticks and practice your skills by trying to dip them in soy sauce without letting them crumble!
