Always remove the packaging completely before cooking.

EL BLANCO, FILETs, POLLOs, PRIME CUT:
PAN: Heat the pan to medium-low temperature and add some oil to the pan. Fry each side for 3-4 minutes with the lid on.
OVEN: Bake with top and bottom heat or convection heat for 14-16 minutes at 200 °C.
AIRFRYER: Preheat to 200 °C and fry for 8-10 minutes.
(THE PRIME CUT: serve with vegetables and quinoa for best results.)

MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN (160g)
PAN: Fry in a small amount of oil over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden-brown. If needed, break up the pieces into smaller chunks while frying. Keep the pan covered with a lid.
OVEN: Spread evenly over a baking sheet and lightly drizzle with oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C (top/bottom or convection heat) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through.
AIRFRYER: Spread evenly over the bottom and bake at 180 °C for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through.

THE KRAKEN (110g)
PAN: Heat the pan to medium heat temperature and add some oil. Fry THE KRAKEN for 5-6 minutes.
OVEN: Set the oven to 180 °C with both top and bottom heat or convection. Bake THE KRAKEN for 6-8 minutes.
