INGREDIENTS

Mycoprotein (49,50%) Fusarium venenatum sp., water,
marination (water, rapeseed oil, non-iodized table salt, spices,
distilled vinegar, starch, natural flavoring, spice extracts), fava bean protein (6,75%), canola oil, bamboo fiber, gelling agent:
methylcellulose, natural flavoring, salt.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Before EL POLLO is heated, the packaging must be removed completely.

Pan: Heat the pan to medium-low temperature and add some oil to the pan. Fry each side for 3-4 minutes, preferably with the lid on.

Oven: Bake at 200 °C for 14-16 minutes with top and bottom heat or convection heat.

Air fryer: Preheat the Air fryer to 200 °C and fry the filet for 8-10 min.

STORAGE

Store at +2 °C to 7 °C
Keep refrigerated.
Once opened consume on the same day.
