INGREDIENTS

Mycoprotein (55%) Fusarium venenatum sp., water, fava bean protein (7,5%), canola oil, bamboo fiber, gelling agent: methylcellulose, natural flavoring, salt.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Before EL POLLO is heated, the packaging must be removed completely.

Pan: Heat the pan to medium-low temperature and add some oil to the pan. Fry each side for 3-4 minutes, preferably with the lid on.

Oven: Bake at 200 °C for 14-16 minutes with top and bottom heat or convection heat.

Air fryer: Preheat the Air fryer to 200 °C and fry the filet for 8-10 min.

STORAGE

Store cool and protected from light at +2 °C to +7 °C. Consume on the same day after opening
