- 1x MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN
- Tortilla wrap
- Avocado mash
- Cooked rice
- Kidney beans
- Corn
- Parsely
- Spring onions

Preparation

1️⃣Fry the MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN in a pan with some olive oil until golden brown.
2️⃣Warm up the tortilla wrap. Spread the avocado mash on it and top with beans, corn, rice, fried MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN, parsley, and spring onion rings.
3️⃣Roll it up and cut in half.
