1๏ธโฃFry the MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN in a pan with some olive oil until golden brown.
2๏ธโฃWarm up the tortilla wrap. Spread the avocado mash on it and top with beans, corn, rice, fried MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN, parsley, and spring onion rings.
3๏ธโฃRoll it up and cut in half.
