1️⃣Chop your veggies, onion, ginger and garlic.
2️⃣Sauté everything in a pan with a bit of olive oil and
soy sauce.
3️⃣Cook the noodles according to the package
instructions.
4️⃣Pan-fry EL BLANCO in some olive oil until golden
brown and crispy.
5️⃣Moisten the rice paper on both sides, place it on a
dry plate, and fill the center with your sautéed veggies,
noodles and small pieces of EL BLANCO.
6️⃣Fold all four sides of the rice paper toward the
center to form a small square.
7️⃣Fry the dumplings in a pan with a little olive oil until
crispy on the outside.
8️⃣Serve with sweet chili sauce and enjoy!
