1️⃣Wash the asparagus and trim the ends.
2️⃣Fry the asparagus in a pan with some olive oil until tender.
3️⃣In the same pan, fry EL BLANCO until golden brown and crispy.
4️⃣Place the asparagus on a plate and top with EL BLANCO. Sprinkle with a squeeze of blood orange and season with salt and pepper.
