Ingredients

- 1x EL BLANCO
-For the batter: Flour, corn starch, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon curry powder, 100ml seltzer water
- Oil for frying
- Fries (baked in the oven or airfryer)
- Vegan mayo
- Parsley
- Lemon slice

Preparation

1️⃣ Mix the ingredients for your batter until smooth.
2️⃣ Dip EL BLANCO into the batter until fully coated, then place it in a pan with hot oil.
3️⃣ Fry on both sides until golden and crispy.
4️⃣ Serve with golden fries and vegan mayo. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
