Preparation
1️⃣Fry the onion in some olive oil until it is soft and slightly transparent. Add the corn, kidney beans, and tomato sauce, then let it simmer for a while.
2️⃣In a separate pan, fry the minced fungi protein in some olive oil until crispy and golden.
3️⃣Add the crispy minced fungi protein to the sauce.
4️⃣Serve with cooked rice or pita bread.
