SMOKEY SLICES - DILL & LEMON
Water, 4% pea protein, gelling agents: carrageenan, calcium alginate; maize fibre, rapeseed oil, flavourings, modified starch, sea salt, herbs, spices, carrots, tomatoes, thickening agent: konjak; sugar, DHA and EPA-rich oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., preservative: potassium sorbate; vitamins (vitamin E, niacin, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12), colourings: beetroot red, carotene; smoke flavouring.

May contain traces of gluten, celery, sesame and soy.

MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN
Pan: Fry in a small amount of oil over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden-brown. If needed, break up the pieces into smaller chunks while frying. Keep the pan covered with a lid.
Airfryer: Spread evenly over the bottom and bake at 180°C for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through.
Oven: Spread evenly over a baking sheet and lightly drizzle with oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom or convection heat) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Stir halfway through
