COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Bevor THE FILET gegart wird, muss die Verpackung vollständig entfernt werden.

BACKOFEN: THE FILET bei Ober- und Unterhitze oder Umluft 14-16 Minuten bei 200°C backen.
PFANNE: Bei geschlossenem Deckel von jeder Seite 3–4 Minuten braten und dabei die gesamte ölige Marinade bei schwacher bis mittlerer Hitze in die Pfanne geben.
HEISSLUFTFRITTEUSE: Heize die Heißluftfritteuse auf 200 °C vor und brate THE FILET 8–10 Minuten lang.

STORAGE

Bei +2 °C bis 7 °C lagern
Gekühlt aufbewahren.
