Ingredients

- 1x MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN
- Pasta of your choice
- Olive oil
- Tomato sauce
- Shredded veggies (e.g. carrots & celery)
- Spices/herbs of you choice

Preparation

1️⃣Cook your pasta

2️⃣Fry the MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN in a pan with a bit of olive oil until golden brown. Set aside.

3️⃣In the same pan, sauté the veggies. Add tomato sauce and the spices or herbs of your choice, then let it simmer.

4️⃣Return the MINCED FUNGI PROTEIN to the pan and mix it into the sauce.

5️⃣Top your pasta with the bolognese sauce - and enjoy!
