1️⃣Dice an onion and two handfuls of tomatoes.
2️⃣Cook them in a pan with some olive oil and basil until saucy and set aside.
3️⃣In the same pan: Fry EL BLANCO for 3-4 minutes on each side with its marination adding some oil if necessary.
4️⃣Plate the tomato sauce and add the crispy EL BLANCO on top.
5️⃣For the drizzle sauce: Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper and sprinkle it over the plate.
