Ingredients

- 1x THE KRAKEN
- Cooked poatoes
- Avocado
- Lemon juice
- Fresh parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, smoked paprika powder

Preparation

1️⃣Slice the cooked potatoes into thin rounds and spread them out on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika powder. Place the slices in the air fryer, making sure they don’t overlap. Bake at 200Β°C (392Β°F) for about 8 minutes until crispy.
2️⃣Sear THE KRAKEN in a pan with a bit of olive oil.
3️⃣Mix together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, minced garlic, and fresh parsley to make a zesty dressing.
4️⃣Arrange the crispy potato slices on a plate, top with the pan-fried THE KRAKEN, and finish with the garlic-lemon oil. Enjoy!
