3️⃣ Heat oil in a pan with grated ginger and garlic. 🧄🔥
4️⃣ Roast the pak choi for 4-5 min per side over medium-high heat, season, and plate it.
5️⃣ In the same pan, cook THE FILET ASIAN FUSION STYLE with its marinated oil and a squeeze of lime juice. Cook covered for 3-4 min per side.
